We provide after sales support and personally look after any repair needs exclusively from Western Australia. We will assist you with prompt repairs and return of your device, as we understand you need to have reliable and functional equipment.

If you are sending your device for service or repair, please contact us first so we can schedule your repair, and when sending your STINGER please include:

  • Your contact details (including a contact name, phone number & your company)
  • Details of the symptoms you are experiencing
  • If posting your device, ensure you send to our Postal Address
